I’m considering revising my morning routine and reinventing morning devotionals as a practice dedicated to self-care, growth, and gratitude—drawing inspiration from the structure of traditional devotionals while leaving spirituality aside.

Yoga?

Stretching?

Water intake?

– Growth: Reflect on my goals and set one small, actionable intention for personal development.

– Gratitude: Pause to appreciate the moments, achievements, and experiences that make life fulfilling.

This approach transforms mornings into a sacred space for self-reflection, mindfulness, and progress, helping me start the day with clarity and purpose.
