At 44, as a single mom to a fifteen-year-old, my days often feel like an endless juggle of responsibilities: navigating schedules, whipping up meals, and managing life’s curveballs. But somewhere between the packed lunches and the evening dinners, there’s pride. Every task, every checked-off to-do, it’s all for us—for our little unit, our dreams, and our future. Vermont winters may be relentless, but so am I. Here’s to all the parents out there, braving their own storms, one day at a time. We’ve got this. Perhaps I will start those tomato plants this weekend, clean the house. It is scheduled to SNOW up to 4 inches, we shall see
